I would like to suggest that if we have any similar projects in the future, the year and term should be keyed as a Header instead of us figuring out which year to use and then keying it (or copying it down with F3) on every single record although it only appears once on the image. At the very least, the year should be "sticky" (i.e. automatically copied down) if it is kept as a field on every record. --Katerimmer (talk) 12:49, 12 July 2017 (MDT)
