Where to put the father's born as name?

I have a card that has an pioneer that has his fathers name listed: Jonathan Steuben born Jonathan Arnold. Where does this information go?

I would list as Jonathan Arnold or first name as Jonathan Steuben and last name Arnold -- Wiedwoman 15:03, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
