QUESTION: So far most of the images I am getting are minutes, but there appears to be a ledger where funds are being paid and/or received. Do I index the names or mark it as "Cover Page. Thanks Chris Zahn
QUESTION: If a "Guardian" is indicated as "Trustee" should we enter his/her ROLE as "Trustee" instead of "Guardian"? Robert Shobe.

QUESTION: If the Guardian is a company or corporation, should we enter the name in Given and leave Surname blank? (That's what I've been doing.) Virginia Welker.
- A: If there is not an individual's name accompanying the company name then yes, key the company name in the Given name field. We have added this instruction to the name fields. Annafechter 01:00, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
QUESTION: I can't help but notice that both Guardian and Estate cards have exactly the same information and we are entering exactly the same information for both. Why do we do that? Wouldn't one card serve both purposes? I think it would work to key the Estate cards and make the Guardian cards Cover Page, Section Header. JMO. Virginia Welker.

SUGGESTION: Why aren't the ROLES provided with automatic entry like MONTH, etc.? It take a bit longer to have to type out Estate Owner rather than just E and choosing the proper entry. Thank you. Virginia Welker.
