Q: If I encounter a location that isn't a state how should it be keyed?
A: Enter the location as seen - we are expanding the birth location if it is a state, see the list above.
In this example the Birth Location for Dennis Shehan should be entered as "Ireland" and for Peter Shone it is "N S".
