Richland is a county in Ohio. It was formed in 1808 (1813) from the following county/ies: Franklin *Knox. Richland began keeping birth records in 1856, marriage records in 1813, and death records in 1890. It began keeping land records in 1814, probate records in 1813, and court records in 1819.
