Outagamie is a county in Wisconsin. It was formed in 1851 from Brown and Winnebago Counties. Adams began keeping birth records in 1856, marriage records in 1852, and death records in 1869. It began keeping land records in 1851, probate records in 1853, and court records in 1852. For more information, contact the county at 410 S. Walnut St., Appleton 54911.
