Oscoda is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1840 (1881) from the following county/ies: Mackinac *Iosco/*Cheboygan/*Alpena/*Alcona. Oscoda began keeping birth records in 1880, marriage records in 1881, and death records in 1880. It began keeping land records in 1850, probate records in 1881, and court records in 1881.
