Muskegon is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1859 from the following county/ies: Ottawa/unorganized. Muskegon began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1867, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1839, probate records in 1867, and court records in 1856.
