Mercer is a county in North Dakota. It was formed in 1875 from the following county/ies: unorganized/Burleigh. Mercer began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1885, and death records in 1909*. It began keeping land records in 1875, probate records in 1875, and court records in 1875.
