Marion is a county in Arkansas. It was formed in 1835 from the following county/ies: Izard . Marion began keeping marriage records in 1887. It began keeping land records in 1887, probate records in 1887, and court records in 1887. For more information, contact the county at Hwy. 62 Yellville 72687. On the attached map, Marion is located at B4 . Formerly Searcy County; changed name to Marion County, 1836.
