Limestone is a county in Alabama. It was formed in 1818 from the following county/ies: Cherokee and Chickasaw cession. Limestone began keeping birth records in 1881, marriage records in 1832, and death records in 1881. It began keeping land records in 1818, probate records in 1818, and court records in ?.
