Kings is a county in New York. It was formed in 1683 from the following county/ies: original. The earliest land deed in Kings was recorded in 1683*. Surrogate's Court records begin in 1787. One can contact the Surrogate's Court at 2 Johnson St., Rm. 109, Brooklyn 11201. For more information, contact the county at 360 Adams St., Rm. 189, Brooklyn 11201-3712.
