Kent is a county in Delaware. It was formed in 1680 (as St. Jones; renamed, 1682) from the following county: Whorekill. Kent began keeping records of deeds in 1680, and Orphans Court Register of Wills in 1681/1766. For more information, contact the county at 414 Federal St, Dover 19901-3605.
