Kemper is a county in Mississippi. It was formed in 1833 from the following county/ies: Choctaw cession, 1830. Kemper began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1912/1912, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1881, probate records in 1881, and court records in 1881.
