Isabella is a county in Michigan. It was formed in 1831 (1859) from the following county/ies: unorganized/Michilimackinac *Saginaw/*Ionia/*Midland. Isabella began keeping birth records in 1867, marriage records in 1859, and death records in 1867. It began keeping land records in 1838, probate records in 1859, and court records in 1880.
