Gilliam is a county in Oregon. It was formed in 1885 from the following county/ies: Wasco. Gilliam began keeping birth records in 1903, marriage records in 1885, and death records in 1912. It began keeping land records in 1871, probate records in 1884, and court records in 1859. For more information, contact the county at 221 S. Oregon St., Condon 97823.
