Gentry is a county in Missouri. It was formed in 1845 from the following county/ies: Clinton. Gentry began keeping birth records in 1883–93, marriage records in 1885, and death records in 1883–93. It began keeping land records in 1885*, probate records in 1885*, and court records in 1885*. For more information, contact the county at 200 W. Clay St. Albany 64402. On the attached map, Gentry is located at B2. Courthouse destroyed by windstorm 1883. Incomplete sporadic records before 1885.
