Douglas is a county in Washington. It was formed in 1883 from the following county/ies: Lincoln. Douglas began keeping birth records in 1891, marriage records in 1887, and death records in 1891. It began keeping land records in 1884, probate records in 1887, and court records in 1888. For more information, contact the county at 213 S. Rainier, Waterville 98858-0516.
