Craven is a county in North Carolina. It was formed in 1705 (as Archdale Precinct) from the following county/ies: *precinct of Bath. Craven began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1740, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1710, probate records in 1737, and court records in 1712.
