Covington is a county in Mississippi. It was formed in 1819 (as Bainbridge; renamed) from the following county/ies: Lawrence/Wayne. Covington began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1904/1904, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1853, probate records in 1854, and court records in 1857.
