Colusa is a county in California. It was formed in 1850 from the following county/ies: original. Colusa began keeping birth records in 1873, marriage records in 1873, and death records in 1873. On the attached map, Colusa is located at A6. Attached to Butte County for administration until it was organized in 1851. Land was later added from counties Yolo (1851), Butte (1856) , and Sutter (1856) .
