Columbia is a town in Tolland county in Connecticut. It was formed in 1804 from the following town or towns: Lebanon. Columbia is a part of the Andover probate district and has been since 1851. Hebron was/were the previous chronological district or districts. For more information, contact the county at Yeomans Hall 323 Jonathan Trumball Hwy. Columbia 06237-1156.
