Cleveland is a county in Arkansas. It was formed in 1873 ( as Dorsey; renamed, 1885) from the following county/ies: Bradley/Dallas/Jefferson/Lincoln . Cleveland began keeping marriage records in 1880. It began keeping land records in 1873, probate records in 1873, and court records in 1873.
