Bowman is a county in North Dakota. It was formed in 1883 (1907) from the following county/ies: Billings. Bowman began keeping birth records in ?, marriage records in 1907, and death records in ?. It began keeping land records in 1883, probate records in 1883, and court records in 1883. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 379 Bowman 58623. On the attached map, Bowman is located at A6. In 1896 Bowman became part of Billings; in 1901 Bowman was re-created from Billings; in 1903 it was attached to Stark; and in 1907 it became fully organized.
