Ann is the author of The Organized Family Historian: How to File, Manage, and Protect Your Genealogical Research and Heirlooms (Nashville: Rutledge Hill Press, 2004) and co-author of Research in Missouri, NGS Research in the States Series (Arlington: NGS, 1999), the "Business, Institution, and Organization Records" chapter of The Source: A Guidebook to American Genealogy, and several family histories. She is past-president of the National Genealogical Society and on the board of St. Louis Genealogical Society.
