Alexander is a county in Illinois. It was formed in 1819 from the following county/ies: unorganized (Union). Alexander began keeping birth records in 1877, marriage records in 1819, and death records in 1878. It began keeping land records in 1818, probate records in 1819, and court records in 1821.
