Adams is a county in Wisconsin. It was formed in 1848 from Portage County. Adams began keeping birth records in 1857, marriage records in 1854, and death records in 1876. It began keeping land records in 1853, probate records in 1855, and court records in 1854. For more information, contact the county at 402 Main/P.O. Box 278, Friendship 53934 .
