Colusa is a county in California. It was formed in 1850 from the following county/ies: original. Colusa began keeping birth records in 1873, marriage records in 1873, and death records in 1873. It began keeping land records in 1844, probate records in 1851, and court records in 1851. For more information, contact the county at 546 Jay St, Colusa 95932-2400. On the attached map, Colusa is located at A6. Attached to Butte County for administration until it was organized in 1851. Land was later added from counties Yolo (1851), Butte (1856) , and Sutter (1856) .
