Re: Lori Jett's tip about transferring images to fabric for quilts:

"I printed out old ancestor's pictures I had scanned into my computer onto t-shirt transfer paper, and then transferred them to squares of material."

This Hewlett Packard website tells you how to print directly onto fabric using freezer paper to bond to the fabric while it goes through the printer: www.homeandoffice.hp.com/hho/us/eng/fabric_sheets.html
