Correction: Sacramento German Genealogy Society Meeting

I have been told that there was an error in last week’s "Upcoming Events." It listed the wrong date for a seminar in Sacramento, California. The listing should have stated:

The Sacramento (California) German Genealogy Society (SGGS) offers "Marriage in Germany: A look at practices from 1500 to 1900, including such aspects as age, inheritance, illegitimacy, wedding ceremonies, and the roles of feudal lords and the church," by Roger P Minert, A. G., Ph.D. The seminar will be held 22 October in Sacramento. Details are available from MBorger548@aol.com or MiltKelly@Novato.net
