Obtain Photos of Graves
I recently visited the American cemetery in Luxembourg, which contains many
of the graves from the Battle of the Bulge. While there, I went to the visitors
building and was told that the best way to receive a photo of a grave is to
send money for flowers. I am sure the form to use in ordering flowers is available
from the Veterans Administration. Orders should reach the overseas offices two
months in advance of the desired date. I was told that $30 was an appropriate
amount. I am sure I will never be able to visit my uncle's grave in the Philippines
but I can have a photo, at least.
