Ulead Photo Explorer does cropping, color balancing, BMP-to-JPEG

of Ulead Photo Explorer, available online for $24.95 or in a box for $29.95.
However, the free version has most of the capability of the commercial version.
The free version does not support GIF files or LZW-compressed
TIFF files. Also, there is no tech support available for the free version. Ulead
hopes that your experience with the free version will motivate you to purchase
the commercial product.
