Genealogy.com Launches International and Passenger Records Subscription

  • Immigrants to the New World, 1600s-1800s—A collection of ships' passenger lists, referencing approximately 58,000 individuals who arrived in New England or the Mid-Atlantic States between 1572 and 1878.

  • English Origins of New England Families, 1500s-1800s—This database cites more than 143,000 individuals and contains sought-after immigration articles, which provide genealogies, vital records, land records, and wills.

  • German and Swiss Settlers in America, 1700s-1800s—Referencing approximately 226,000 individuals, these 22 volumes include a variety of records comprehensive in their coverage of German and Swiss immigration to North America.

  • Italians to America, 1880-1893—Contains information on approximately 413,000 individuals who immigrated to the United States from Italy between 1880 and 1893. Includes names, dates, and locations.

  • Boston, 1821-1850 Passenger and Immigration Lists—Contains alphabetical listings of approximately 161,000 individuals who arrived at the port of Boston, Massachusetts from foreign ports between 1821 and 1850.

  • Baltimore, 1820-1850 Passenger and Immigration Lists—Details the arrivals of approximately 89,000 individuals who sailed to Baltimore in the nineteenth century.

  • Ontario, Canada, 1871 Census Records—References 375,000 census records from Ontario, Canada's official population enumeration in April 1871.

  • United Kingdom, 1851 Census Records—Contains vital information, such as name, age, gender, occupation, address, and relationship to the head of the household on approximately 1,000,000 individuals from England and Wales.

  • Scottish Immigrants to North America, 1600s-1800s—Authored by Scottish emigration authority David Dobson, this database provides access to approximately 70, 000 individuals who immigrated to the United States and Canada.

  • Immigrants to Pennsylvania, 1600s-1800s—Contains information on approximately 191,500 English, German, Welsh, Scottish, Irish, and Dutch individuals who immigrated to Pennsylvania.

  • Irish Immigrants to North America, 1803-1871—Provides information on 46,000 Irish passengers who arrived in the United States and Canada. These records focus primarily on the 19th century.

  • Index to Griffith's Valuation of Ireland—This index references approximately one million individuals who occupied property in Ireland between 1848 and 1864.

The International & Passenger Records Subscription is available for $19.99 monthly or $129.99 annually, with a special introductory annual price of $99.99. The subscription can be accessed through any Internet-ready computer that has Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher or Netscape Navigator 4.0 and higher. As with all software, a faster processor, more RAM, and more free disk space may enhance performance.
