The Ancestry.com Family History Wiki is a new section on Ancestry.com available
to subscribers and non-subscribers alike. It offers detailed and useful information
about family history records, research, and places pulled from The Source: A Guidebook
to American Genealogy and Red Book: American State, County, and Town Sources.
These two well-known Ancestry.com books have been guiding genealogists for more
than twenty years, but by making this content available in wiki format, we’re inviting
our vibrant community of passionate genealogists to update, expand on, and even
add to it, making it a go-to resource for guidance and information.
You can find the new Ancestry.com Wiki in the Learning Center drop-down tab on the
Ancestry.com, or visit

About Ancestry Labs
Ancestry Labs is a place where we post experimental projects to gather user input.
This is a part of the site that will allow us to test new ideas and concepts, give
you a preview of what we’re thinking for the future, and allow us to hear feedback
directly from you.
The projects we place in this area are likely to be early prototypes, and although
some of them may make their way into the main Ancestry site, some may not. Please
explore our current projects and share your feedback.
We’d love to hear from you.
