Search the Library

To search the Library, follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Learn tab located at the top of the page. The Learn@Ancestry.com page will display.
   
   
2. Click The Library link located in the section links. The Library page will display.
   
   
3. Select the type of search you want to perform from the drop-down menu in the Search the Library search box.
   
   
4. Enter what you are searching for in the search box. You may search by any word, keyword, exact phrase, or author.
   
   
5. Click the Search button. The Library Search Results page will display.
   
   
6. Locate the item or article you are looking for and click on it. Note: If the search returns more than ten results, you can access the additional items by using the page navigation numbers and the First, Next, Previous, and Last links located at the top and bottom of the page.
