You can print images in one of two ways:
1. Using MrSID, a special browser plug-in
2. Using an HTML window that requires no special configuration
Because the plug-in option enables special features, including certain save and print options, it is recommended that you use the MrSID plug-in to print images. The MrSID plug-in is available for free. To print images using one of the two available options, follow the instructions below:
Printing with the MrSID Plug-in
Printing a scanned image from Ancestry.com's Images Online TM collection is
easy if you are using the MrSID plug-in. To print using this function, follow
the instructions below:
2. Click the Print icon on your browser toolbar. The page will print.
1. Display the image you want to print in your browser.
2. Click the right mouse button when the cursor is resting on the image.
A drop-own menu will display.
3. Click Save Target As from the menu. A Save Picture
window will display.
4. Select the location where you want to save the picture.
5. Enter the name of the file in the File Name field.
6. Click Save.
7. Open a separate graphics program, retrieve the image, and print it.
