Navigating the Help
Page
The Help page, represented by a question mark (?) tab, provides
assistance in using the Ancestry.com Web site. You can access the following
information from the Help page:
Contact Us, Site Map, Member Services, FAQs: You
can access these areas on the Help page from the section links located at the
top of the page.
Customer Support: Located on the right navigation
bar is the contact information you will need to access the customer support
division of Ancestry.com. You can contact Ancestry.com by e-mail, telephone,
and regular mail.
Using Ancestry.com Help Files
To use the Ancestry.com Help files, follow the instructions below:
1. Click the ? tab located at the top of the page. The Help
page will display.
2. Click the Help Files link located in the section links. The Help Index
page will display.
3. Locate the desired topic in the index and click on it. Help information on
that topic will display. All topics in the index are listed in alphabetical
order.
4. When you are done looking at the Help topic, click the link located at the
top of the page or the Back link located at the bottom of the page to
return to the Help index.
