If you need to contact Ancestry.com for any reason, follow the instructions below:

1. Sales - To speak to a sales representative about purchasing subscriptions and products, call 1-800-262-3787 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Mountain Time).
   
   
2. Technical Support - For technical problems and questions visit our Knowledge Base.
   
   
3. Order Status - To check on the status of a product order, send e-mail to orderstatus@acestry.com. Inquiries are responded to within 24 hours Monday through Friday. For urgent order status issues, you may call 1-800-262-3787 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.
   
   
4. Account Services - For problems with your account billing or to cancel a membership, call 1-800-262-3787 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.
   
   
5. International Sales - International customers can place orders, check order status, or reach Account Services by calling 1-801-705-7625 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (Mountain Time) Monday Through Friday.
