Charts
Source Summary

Many times in the course of your genealogical research, you will want to refer to information you have found for a particular family and the sources of that information. It will be very helpful to keep a separate source summary of information found for each family group. To print a Source Summary form, follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Record navigation tab. The Preserve Your Heritage@Ancestry.com page will display.
   
   
2. Click the Charts and Forms section link. The Ancestral Chart page will display.
   
   
3. Click the Source Summary link on the left navigation bar. The Source Summary page will display.
   
   
4. Click the Download Form link. The Source Summary form will display.
   
   
5. Click the Print icon on the Acrobat Reader bar below your browser address field. A Print window will display.
   
   
6. Click the OK button. The form will print.
   
   
7. Click the Back button on your browser to return to the Charts and Forms page.
