Correspondence Record
It is important to keep track of your correspondence involving genealogical
research. The Correspondence Record form provides a way to easily manage your
letters, phone calls, e-mail messages, and faxes. To print a Correspondence
Record form, follow the instructions below:
- Click the Record navigation tab. The Preserve Your Heritage@Ancestry.com
page will display.
- Click the Charts and Forms section link. The Ancestral Chart page
will display.
- Click the Correspondence Record link on the left navigation bar.
The Correspondence Record page will display.
- Click the Download Form link. The Correspondence Record form will
display.
- Click the Print icon on the Acrobat Reader bar below your
browser address field. A Print window will display.
- Click the OK button. The form will print.
- Click the Back button on your browser to return to the Charts and
Forms page.
