Correspondence Record

It is important to keep track of your correspondence involving genealogical research. The Correspondence Record form provides a way to easily manage your letters, phone calls, e-mail messages, and faxes. To print a Correspondence Record form, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the Record navigation tab. The Preserve Your Heritage@Ancestry.com page will display.

  2. Click the Charts and Forms section link. The Ancestral Chart page will display.

  3. Click the Correspondence Record link on the left navigation bar. The Correspondence Record page will display.

  4. Click the Download Form link. The Correspondence Record form will display.

  5. Click the Print icon on the Acrobat Reader bar below your browser address field. A Print window will display.

  6. Click the OK button. The form will print.

  7. Click the Back button on your browser to return to the Charts and Forms page.
